How to manufacture this set?

That's a good question for a beginner. There are two ways of going about it.

First Way

Starting gear -> Twilight/Lunar -> Crimson Officer Zhao -> Dustfall: Rebirth

Newbie's Emblem is free material

I'm going to go to Lunar Armor NPC, because I'm Duskblade.

As a next step, we need x100 Golden Scroll to upgrade current armor on adjoining tab.

We got a deal for x830 Golden Scrolls to exchange our Lunar Armor for Rank VIII.

Almost done! You need x3000 Golden Scroll and x100 Spirit of Flame.

Second Way

Ti Chien -> Fortifications: Reforge -> Dustfall: Rebirth

Visit Ti Chien NPC to get Rank VIII Armor. This armor is free, because you already have 300k reputation.

In the next step you will need x900 Golden Scroll.

Almost done! You need x3000 Golden Scroll and x100 Spirit of Flame.

Of course you can reroll and hone your stats using the side forges.
